Peter Indindi Ojiambo is in the dock facing a charge of obtaining Sh 8.9 million from Peter Munyua by falsely pretending he was in a position to sell him a piece of land situated in the Embakasi Area within Nairobi county. He appeared before the Milimani senior principal magistrate Bernard Ochoi, denying the charges. He was released on a bond of Sh 2 million with one surety of a similar amount or alternative cash bail of Sh 500,000 with one contact person.
